1. Your sales proposal
You may communicate your proposal to us by telephone on +49 (0)34206 6949-300 or by fax. Via a customer account in our online shop you can transact all your sales to us with ease and convenience.
2. Agreement of the price
Within our business hours the current quoted purchase price is deemed to be binding. You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of this by e-mail, together with the binding confirmation of the transaction.
3. Collection of the goods
The goods will be collected from you by our valuables logistics operator within two days. Or you may bring the goods into one of our branches.
4. Inspection of the goods
At GEIGER Edelmetalle the goods are inspected under two person integrity and camera surveillance for authenticity and condition/reusability
5. Payment
If the goods are satisfactory we transfer the agreed price within one day to your account. Depending on bank working hours, it will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
