1. Selection of precious metal products
Make your selection from the price list or let one of our customer advisors advise you.
2. Ordering
You can place your order by telephone on +49 (0)34206 6949-300 or by fax on +49 (0)34206 6949-199. When you open a customer account in our online shop, you can place orders at your convenience around the clock.
3. Agreement of the price
Within our business hours the price is deemed to be binding at the time of the order. You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of this by e-mail, together with the binding order confirmation.
4. Ordering by payment in advance
You will receive our account details with the order confirmation and we request that you transfer the order value in advance on to our account. Once the payment has gone through, your goods will be packaged under camera surveillance and despatched to the address stipulated.
5. Ordering by cash on delivery
You pay for the goods in cash when delivered to you by the valuables logistics operator. Please note that this system is available only to a maximum order value of 5,000€.
6. Ordering by collection in person
You can collect your goods in person at our branches against cash payment or previously transacted credit transfer. Please make an appointment by telephone or by e-mail.
