Collection of ordered goods

You can collect your ordered goods in person from our parent office of Schloss Güldengossa (near Leipzig) or from our South Germany branch (near Stuttgart). We will let you know when the ordered goods are ready for your collection. Please make an appointment for collection in advance by telephone or e-mail.

Collections are possible against cash payment or previously transacted credit transfer. We are happy to let you buy precious metals anonymously over the counter at Schloss Güldengossa (to a limit of 1,999.99 €). Kindly note that we do not accept payment by credit card.
