Sell your precious metals to us

We buy internationally licensed and traded investment products in physical precious metals. You can transact your sale via our online shop, by telephone or in person in our branches. All prices are updated several times an hour. Please note that anonymous sales of precious metals are not possible.

Your sales proposal

You may communicate your proposal to us by telephone on +49 (0)34297 9869-20 or by fax. Via a customer account in our online shop you can transact all your sales to us with ease and convenience.
Agreement of the price

Within our business hours the current quoted purchase price is deemed to be binding. You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of this by e-mail, together with the binding confirmation of the transaction.
Collection of the goods

We would pick up your precious metal within two days after the order is confirmed. Our logistic service needs a minimum of two hours time slot. (Shipping rate 30,- Euro per 50,000 Euro value of goods) You could also deliver your metals to a Geiger branch free of charge if you like.
Inspection of the goods

At Geiger Edelmetalle the goods are inspected under two person integrity and camera surveillance for authenticity and condition/reusability
Payment

If the goods are satisfactory we transfer the agreed price within one day to your account. Depending on bank working hours, it will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
