Can I pay for an order if the account holder is different?

Do you ship taxed products to private customers?
Yes, it is possible to ship taxed products to private customers within Germany.
Shipping within the EU
Within the EU, taxed products (silver, platinum, palladium, copper) can only be shipped to commercial customers with a valid VAT ID. To register as a commercial customer, we require the relevant company documents.
Is the shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are sent insured.
Do you ship to private customers in the UK or the US?
No, shipping to private customers in the United Kingdom or the United States is not possible. Please contact our distributors for this purpose.
Revocation
Can I cancel my order/sale?
Precious metals are excluded from cancellation due to their price development. The cancellation form that you receive with your order confirmation applies exclusively to accessories and copper products.
